În perioada 18-19 noiembrie 2017, Departamentul
de Geomorfologie-Pedologie-Geomatică al Facultăţii de Geografie de la
Universitatea din București organizează cu sprijinul Asociației Profesionale a Geografilor din România simpozionul anual tradițional, care de această dată va avea tema
”Științele geografice și viitorul Pământului”. Lucrările simpozionului
vor fi găzduite de Facultatea de Geografie a Universității din București sâmbătă, 18 noiembrie 2017, și se vor încheia cu o cină festivă, seara. Duminică, 19
noiembrie 2017, organizatorii au în vedere două aplicații de teren care
se vor desfășura în paralel: una pe Valea Prahovei, iar cea de-a doua - un tur ghidat al capitalei București.
Participanții la simpozion trebuiau să completeze și să trimită formularul de pe pagina web a simpozionului până în data de 10 noiembrie 2017,
care include și un rezumat al lucrării propuse. Taxa de participare în valoare de 150 lei (100 lei pentru studenți și
doctoranzi), plus 50 lei opțional pentru cina festivă, trebuia
achitată tot până la data de 10 noiembrie 2017. Aplicația de
teren de pe Valea Prahovei ar costa încă 100 lei și include masa
de prânz iar cei care optează pentru turul ghidat al municipiului București ar avea de plătit încă 30 lei. Mai

On the 18th and
19th of November 2017, the
Department of Geomorphology-Pedology-Geomatics of the
Faculty of Geography within the University of Bucharest organizes, with the support of the Professional Association of Romanian Geographers, the annual traditional conference. This
time, the subject of the conference is ”Geographical Sciences and Future of Earth”. The sessions of
the conference will be hosted by
the Faculty of Geography within the University of Bucharest on Saturday, 18 November 2017, ending with the gala dinner. On Sunday, 19
November 2017, two field trips will be organized at the same time. One
field trip will be on Prahova Valley, while
the other one will be a guided tour of the capital city of
Bucharest.
Participants to the symposium should have filled and submitted the form provided on the symposium website until the 10th of November 2017. The registration fee of 150 lei (100 lei for students and PhD candidates), to which 50 lei are added for those wishing to attend the gala dinner,
should have been paid also before or on the 10th of November 2017. The
fieldtrip along Prahova Valley would cost an additional 100 lei and the fee includes the lunch while those who wish to attend the city tour of Bucharest should pay 30 lei. More
